1. Return Eligibility (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must have a manufacturing defect, damage, or wrong item delivered.
  • You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the defect visible.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Important: Without proper unboxing video evidence, returns will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after receiving the product.
  • If you do not like the product, color, size, or design.
  • If the product was ordered by mistake.
  • If the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is missing original packaging.
  • If the return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

4. Return Approval and Pickup

If your return is approved:

  • We will arrange a return pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
  • The product must be securely packed in original packaging.
  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the product to our return address.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment mode.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
